Pooja Trivedi brings over a decade of deep expertise in the medical billing industry, with a specialized focus on end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). As the visionary behind our organization, Pooja has led transformative initiatives that streamline operations, boost financial performance, and enhance client satisfaction across the healthcare landscape.

With hands-on experience in a wide range of Practice Management Systems (PMS), EHRs, and EMRs—including eClinicalWorks (eCW), IMS, NextGen, and Athena—Pooja ensures operational excellence through the effective use of leading clearinghouses such as Waystar, Availity, and Trizetto. Her data-driven approach enables the identification of challenges, forecasting of potential roadblocks, and the implementation of practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

Under her leadership, the team has successfully executed key projects including:

End-to-End Account Management for startup healthcare organizations, driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Meet Soham, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the accounting and taxation industry, with a significant focus on the Australian sector for more than 6 years. Prior to joining as a partner at Faithical Advisory, Soham has a track record of nurturing and expanding teams, driving them towards excellence.

As an Australian CPA and a commerce graduate, Soham also holds the esteemed qualification of a Chartered Accountant from India, showcasing his dedication to academic excellence. Notably, he secured the prestigious All-India Rank third in the Diploma in International Taxation, underscoring his passion for continuous learning.

Soham's primary expertise lies in seamlessly onboarding Australian CPA firms and facilitating a smooth transition from onboarding to operational efficiency. Beyond his professional endeavors, Soham enjoys immersing himself in non-fiction literature and cherishing moments with his beloved family.
